- Details are current as of posted date, but, because of how quickly some of these items sell out, it's possible we may not be able to update availability right away. Please be gracious with us as we seek to do our best :)
FAQs
Do you carry only NeeDoh brand squish?
For many years we've carried a variety of squish, including NeeDoh, and we continue to restock our full selection as quickly as we can.
Which day do you usually get shipments?
It's completely random! We have standing orders with all our brands, and they ship us stock whenever they are able. A lot of the time, we're as surprised as you are by a shipment.
How often do you update this page?
We update it whenever we have any squish news to share, whether that's squish arriving or selling out. Some days we update it 2 or 3 times as squish comes in and out of stock, and other days we have nothing new to report. But rest assured, we are doing our best to make this the first, best source of squish news at the shop, so be sure to bookmark it and check back often.
Can you notify me when you get a certain style?
While there are too many different styles for us to only notify you when a particular one arrives, we can send you a text when we get a shipment containing squish from certain categories, or simply anything squishy. The text will include which styles are available so you can decide whether you want to stop in. You can sign up here.
Your number will be used only for squish notifications, and you can opt out at any time. We do not sell customer information.
Can you call me instead of texting?
While a phone call is our normal method of contact for our product waitlist, it was taking our staff several hours to call everyone when squish arrived. The squish notification list has only kept growing, and text is now the only way we can contact everyone in a timely manner. We will still call you if you are waiting for other products, though.
Can I reserve the squish I want?
Unfortunately, we can't hold any squish at this time. If you can't make it in when stock is expected, you can always see if a friend or family member is willing to stop in on your behalf.
Can I place an order over the phone?
We are so sorry, but we simply don't have staff available to take orders while squish is in stock.
Can I buy it on your website?
While we do normally offer squish on our site, we've had to temporarily remove it. Our online store shares stock with our physical shop, and we were moving through styles in the shop faster than we could fill online orders.
Is there a limit?
Yes, to give everyone a fair chance at getting some squish, we're limiting purchases to 2 per person (must be present).
What are your prices like?
Same as always! We know that some places are raising prices, but we believe in treating our customers fairly. The downside is that this attracts people looking for squish to resell for inflated prices. So far, limiting how many each person can purchase seems to be helping get squish to people who actually want to use them.
What are your hours?*
Our hours are currently:
Sun - Sat: 9am - 9pm
Will there be a line?
We have had lines recently, so that is certainly a possibility. When there is a line, we have extra staff at checkout to help the line move as quickly as possible.
* If we have stock first thing in the morning and a line is forming, we may sometimes open early to reduce wait times for everyone. The line forms at the front of the store (Washington Ave. entrance), so if you arrive early and park in the lot behind the store, be sure to head around to the front to secure your place in line.
