FAQs
Can you notify me when you get a certain style?
While there are too many different styles for us to only notify you when a particular style arrives, we can send you a text when we get a shipment containing squish. You can sign up here.
Do you only carry NeeDoh?
For many years we've carried a variety of squish, including NeeDoh, and we continue to restock our full selection as quickly as we can.
Can I reserve the squish I want?
Unfortunately, we can't hold any squish at this time. If you can't make it in when stock is expected, you can always see if a friend or family member is willing to stop in on your behalf.
Can I place an order over the phone?
We are so sorry, but we simply don't have the staff to answer the phone while squish is in stock.
Can I buy it on your website?
While we do normally offer squish on our site, we've had to temporarily remove it. Our online store shares stock with our physical shop, and we were selling out of styles in the shop before we could fill online orders.
Is there a limit?
Yes, to give everyone a fair chance at getting some squish and to reduce the number of people buying just to resell for inflated prices, we're limiting purchases to 2 per person (must be present).
Will there be a line?
We have had lines recently, so that is certainly a possibility. We have staff at checkout at all times while squish is in stock to help the line move as quickly as possible.
What are your hours?*
Our hours are currently:
Sun: 11am - 5pm
Mon-Fri: 10am - 8pm
Sat: 10am - 6pm
* If we have stock first thing in the morning and a line is forming, we may sometimes open early to reduce wait times for everyone.
