MACkite Return Policy

Be sure to contact us first for the return options that are available for your particular situation but, in general, these are our policies for returns:

New Items:

We'll accept new, unopened items for return within 30 days of purchase. We will issue a refund to your original payment method, less the original shipping cost, within 5 days of receiving your return and verifying that it is new. You may also return items in-store.
Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping. If you received free shipping, our cost to ship your item(s) will be deducted from the refund.

Defective Items:

If you find that your item is defective within 30 days, we will exchange it or offer a full refund.
