THE ZIGGURAT has been abandoned for centuries. It's old and crumbling with vines growing up the sides. The village surrounding it has dwindled. 

Until one day smoke appears from the summit. Something is stirring inside. You have been called upon by the village elders to investigate. Along the way you must navigate ladders, slides, and deadly pits - and all while avoiding "fire spirts" that move through each level. 

Each ascent to teh top of the Ziggurat offers more clues, and even more challenges. To solve the mystery, you and your team must work together to complete each challenge and move to the next level. Embark on this epic adventure developed by legendary game designers Matt Leacock and Rob Daviau and illustrated by talented artists, Cory Godbey.

• Plays cooperatively on a 3D board game that moves and shifts in surprising ways
• 20-40 minutes play time per chapter (6 total chapters)

WHAT IS A LEGACY BOARD GAME?

A tabletop board game whose rules and components change over time based on the outcome of each game played and the unique choices made by the players. Over the course of 6 chapters (6 games), you will make permanent changes to your version of the game adding new rules, new materials, and new pieces to the board. Many of these are hidden at the start.
